Shipping
- What is the cost of shipping?
Orders over $500 incl. GST are shipped for free. For orders under $500, the cost of shipping is $15 incl. GST. This is for overnight courier delivery to most parts of Australia. On very rare occasions, for example where the shipping destination is particularly remote, we may be required to add an additional fee to cover our costs. This is due to additional costs that have been imposed on us by our couriers and the ever increasing cost of fuel.
- How do the goods ship?
The goods normally ship direct from our distribution partners warehouses using one of a number of possible couriers. These include reputable companies such as Australian Air Express, StarTrack, etc.
- How long does it take to receive the order?
Providing the goods are in stock (which they normally are), and you place your order before 2pm it will be despatached on the same day, normally for delivery the next day, but sometimes even sooner! If you're not there when the courier calls, your order will either be returned to the distributor or the distributor will call you to arrange a redelivery. This can mean a delay of a number of days, though, so we provide order tracking information to inform you of when we expect your order to arrive.
- Can you ship to NZ?
Unfortunately, we can't. We currently rely on our distribution partners for shipping, and they do not ship outside of Australia. However, we're hoping that it won't be long before we have websites in New Zealand.

BigPond Cable Broadband
- Which D-Link products include an auto-login client?
Please check our news article here for a list of D-Link routers that support auto-login to the BigPond cable broadband service.
- Linksys Routers
There have been many reports, and it has recently been acknowledged, that some of the Linksys cable routers do not work with BigPond cable broadband services. This is due to the unique 'heartbeat' that Telstra uses to verify end-to-end communication. Unfortunately, the Linksys routers do not respond to this heartbeart, and so the connection drops. As yet, no firmware release has been scheduled to fix this problem, but there is a workaround. Firstly, you should ensure that you're using the latest BigPond login client by checking here. Then you should ensure that this PC is using a static IP address, but not the same as the router (192.168.1.1 by default). The router needs to be configured as normal, with an additional port-foward to port 5050. Here's how you do that: - Log onto the router (http://192.168.1.1 by default)
- Go to the Advanced section
- The port range should be set as 5050 to 5050 and both TCP and UDP should be ticked
- Click apply to save the settings
Using the login client from the PC, you should now be able to access the Internet via your BigPond broadband service.
